Bonding
Weather resistant bonding according to EN 314-2/class 3.
Fulfills the E1 requirement for formaldehyde (EN 13986).
Surface and edges
Face: Brown phenolic impregnated paper overlay suitable for painting. The type of paint used should be determined by the end use. Most paints are compatible with the overlay, however please ensure compatibility with the paint manufacturer.
Reverse: Same as face or dark brown phenolic film moisture barrier.
Edge sealing: available on request.
Panel size
2440 x 1220 / 2500 x 1250 mm
Size tolerance (length/width) +/- 1 mm per metre.
Squareness tolerance +/- 1 mm per metre length of diagonal.
Note with installation: The panels can have dimensional changes due to changes in the air humidity.
Thickness
Nominal thickness (mm) 12, 15, 18, 21 and 24.
Number of veneers 5-9 according to thickness.
