2000 AS FSS Plywood is founded by the wood procurement companies AS Forestex and AS Sylvester operating in Estonia and the Finnish plywood manufacturer Schauman Wood Oy (UPM-Kymmene Group)
2003 UPM-Kymmene acquires entire share capital of the mill, name changes into UPM, Otepää Plywood Mill
